Laurent Pilon
Laurent Pilon is the inaugural Director of the Tufts Epsilon Materials Institute and the Epsilon Energy Materials Innovation Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. As director, he leads interdisciplinary research across the institute, fosters collaboration throughout the university, and strengthens partnerships with government, industry, and the broader materials research community.

Meghan Rodriguez
Meghan Rodriguez is a higher education professional with a background in university administration, student support, and program coordination. She currently serves as a Program Administrator at Tufts University, where she supports the Tufts Epsilon Materials Institute and the Tufts Institute for Artificial Intelligence. Meghan holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bridgewater State University.
